Tates “Win a VIP Party for 20 Broncos Fans or 2 Tickets to the Next Broncos Home Game” Sweepstakes • OFFICIAL RULES • NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

1. HOW TO ENTER: To enter the drawing for a chance to win a VIP Party for 20 in the Boise State Caven-Williams Sports Complex at the November 19, 2010 Fresno State game, or 2 tickets to the next Broncos home game (6 home games / 6 winners), enter into the fields on the official entry web page your first name, last name, email address and telephone number and click the “Enter to Win!” submission button. Entries must be received by 8 a.m. on the day of the drawing for the attraction for which the VIP Party for 20 or a pair of home game tickets are being awarded. ONLY ONE ENTRY PER PERSON. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, misspelled, inaccurate, incorrect, misdirected, illegible or late entries, nor any change to email address and/or telephone number of entrants. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

2. RANDOM DRAWINGS: Winners of the VIP Party for 20 or 2 tickets to the next Broncos home game (6 home games / 6 winners) will be selected in random drawings to held at or about 10 a.m. at least five (5) days preceding the attraction for which tickets are being awarded from among all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by email and/or telephone at Sponsor’s discretion at or about 11 a.m. of the day at least five (5) days preceding the Broncos home game for which the VIP Party for 20 or 2 tickets to the next Broncos home game (6 home games / 6 winners) are being awarded. Limit one winner per family/household. Drawings will be conducted by Sponsor or its designee, the judge of the sweepstakes, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the sweepstakes. If entrant(s) cannot be contacted and/or cannot confirm eligibility within 8 hours of first being contacted, alternate winner(s) will be selected by a second random drawing. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

3. PUBLICITY: As a condition of entry into the Sweepstakes, except where prohibited by law, each entrant and each winner by accepting a prize grants to Sponsor and its affiliates, legal representatives, assigns and licensees, all right, title and interest in to publicize, broadcast, display and/or otherwise use the Sweepstakes entrant’s name, city, state, and biographical material (collectively, “Licensed Rights”) in any media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity for advertising and publicity purposes, without additional review, compensation, permission or approval of the winner. Where necessary, the winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability and Publicity Release within five (5) business days of attempted notification or the winner may be disqualified and an alternate winner selected.

4. PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize with a total approximate retail value of $2,000.00: a VIP party for 20 in the Boise State Caven-Williams Sports Complex at the November 19, 2010 Fresno State game, with all food, beverages and seating paid for; VIP Party includes 20 game tickets. Grand Prize does not include parking nor any other expenses not specifically mentioned herein, which will be the sole responsibility of the winners.

Six (6) Second Prizes with an approximate retail value of $40.00 each (total approximate retail value of Second Prize prize pool: $240.00): two tickets to a Boise State home game, consisting of Oregon State at BSU on September 25, 2010, or Toledo at BSU on October 9, 2010, or Louisiana Tech at BSU on October 26, 2010, or Hawaii at BSU on November 6, 2010, or Fresno State at BSU on November 19, or Utah State at BSU on December 4, 2010. Six (6) second prizes will be awarded to six (6) different winners. Second Prizes do not include parking, food, beverages, amenities nor any other expenses not specifically mentioned herein, which will be the sole responsibility of the winners.

Prizes will not be replaced if lost or stolen, are not transferable and are not redeemable for cash. In the event that an attraction is cancelled, or postponed for any reason outside the control of the Sponsor, Sponsor will have no further obligation. Transportation to/from any attraction is the sole responsibility of the winners.

5. GENERAL RULES: By entering or participating in the Sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information or technical failures of any kind, (2) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; or (3) any other computer, network, technical, human or other error, problem or malfunction that may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, or the selection or notification of winners. Further, if, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned for reasons outside the control of the Sponsor which, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes (or portion thereof), Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes (or portion thereof). Sponsor also reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify the Entry of any individual found to be (a) tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or any website operated by the Sweepstakes Entities; (b) using any robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like entry methods, which will void all such entries; (c) violating these Official Rules or the terms of service, conditions of use, and/or general rules of any Sponsor property or service; or (d) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the awarding, delivery, acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of the prize; participation in this Sweepstakes or in any activity or travel related thereto or from any interaction with, or downloading of, computer Sweepstakes information.

6. PARTICIPANT OBLIGATIONS: Open only to legal residents of the states of Idaho who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of the drawing for the VIP Party for 20 or 2 tickets to the next Broncos home game (6 home games / 6 winners). Employees of Tates Rents, Tates Tents & Events, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. No cash equivalents, substitutions or transfer of prize by winner permitted. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winners. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All materials submitted become the property of the sponsors and will not be returned. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use winners’ names and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless Tates Rents, their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use/misuse of prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use/misuse or redemption of any prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prize or in the administration of the promotion. Any disputes that may arise hereunder shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the State of Idaho without regard to the conflicts of laws principles of any jurisdiction. Venue with respect to any such disputes shall be had in the state and federal courts of the State of Idaho.
